Resistance & Ground Publishing is built around three priorities: protecting creative rights, educating artists, and making the business side of music as transparent as possible.

The goal is not simply to administer songs or collect royalties. It is to help independent artists and songwriters understand what they own, how publishing and copyright work, where money can be lost, and what they are agreeing to before they sign anything.

Services can include publishing administration, song registrations, royalty collection support, catalog and metadata management, licensing support, release coordination, artist web presence, promotional support, and practical education around copyright, publishing, ownership, and long-term control.

R&G can work through several deal structures depending on the artist and project, including administration deals, co-publishing arrangements, single-song or project-specific agreements, and broader artist-development deals that combine publishing with services such as web development, media, promotion, and release support.

A central part of the approach is plain-language transparency. Artists should be able to see what a deal means before entering one, including what rights are being granted, what ownership is retained, how revenue is divided, what services are included, and how long the agreement lasts.
